Program Manager

You design & run our existing solution (recruitment, training, and vetting of engineers from MENA and global volunteers) while innovating our next one. How might we help (women) engineers after they get their 1st job?

Head of Programs

You scale our existing solution, recruiting, training, and managing an ops/program & sales team so we go from placing 100 to 1000 engineers per year. You provide strategic input on the tech product we're developing.

Talent Placement Manager/Rep

You support 50 software engineers job hunting after they graduate from our training program. You coach them throughout the process & make matches between them and our hiring partner network.

Full-Stack Javascript Engineer (Senior or Mid-Level)

As one of the first engineers at our tech startup, you work closely with stakeholders to define our product, then architect and build it from scratch. Opportunity to mentor junior engineers if desired. 

Director of Engineering

You partner closely with our CTO to manage a 4-person eng team that will grow in the near future. You establish our architecture, culture, and eng operations and help design our product roadmap.

Talent Placement Director

You support 30 job hunters and shape a solution to support 3000 job hunters in the future without increasing our staffing proportionally. You manage the talent placement team & influence our product strategy.

Head of Growth

You use creative, inexpensive approaches to generate thousands of relevant leads of two types: companies that could hire our engineers, and women engineers from MENA. You manage a small marketing team.
